	Current Opportunities:
	Client Training and Support Executive We are looking for an outgoing professional with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to mentor and train our clients. SGS Professional is a Microsoft partner located in the Melbourne CBD. We need someone to mentor our clients with all aspects of using our software solutions. This is not a Help desk role, and much of this support and training will be delivered directly at our client's premises. This support would cover the best practice aspects of the software and ensuring that it is used in the right way to achieve a positive Return on Investment for our clients. You will need to be: Experienced with business software and a super-user of the Microsoft Office suite Friendly and outgoing Comfortable visiting clients to mentor their staff Business-aware A quick learner A holder of a valid driving license and have your own car Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Microsoft SharePoint would be an advantage but is not required. The role will include: Visiting our clients regularly to offer support and training Being the first port of call for application queries from our clients Being the “super-user” for our business software solutions Ensuring that our clients are comfortable and confident using the software that we have provided If you think that you have what it takes to provide our clients with an excellent service then we’d like to hear from you.
